1. What we collect and why

The copy you paste into the checker is not stored on this site. It is sent to an AI service (Anthropic, USA) for processing. Please do not paste personal or confidential information.
2. How long we keep it
- Inquiry data: 2 years after the last contact, or until you ask us to delete it, then destroyed.
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it. After withdrawal we stop sending marketing emails.
- Usage counts: no personal data; deleted automatically after 120 days.

We do not sell your data or give it to third parties for other purposes. Your data is processed in the USA and elsewhere as listed. If you do not agree, you can email us at the address below instead of using the form.
4. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, or withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing us. We respond within 10 days (marketing opt-outs within 10 business days). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
5. Marketing emails
We send them only to people who agreed. Korean-language marketing emails start with (광고) in the subject and include our sender details and how to unsubscribe. Every email includes our postal address, as required by the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.
6. Cookies and analytics
We do not use login or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile runs for bot protection, and we may use Cloudflare analytics (no personal identification).
7. Security
The contact list cannot be opened without a secret key, data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS, and access is limited to the operator.
